We're looking forward to another great week with #TeamResilient!

This week we are launching our focus on self defense at Resilient Jiu Jitsu. Over the next 12 weeks, we will develop technique and confidence to build self defense skills from specific positions that will be effective in both sport and real-world environments.

#TeamResilient competed at the 2024 IBJJF Atlanta Spring Open with a team of 10 youth, adult, and master level athletes.

Resilient Jiu Jitsu youth and adults students celebrated the accomplishments of 50 members during its Spring Promotions Ceremony at Rivertown Community Church on Saturday, March 16, 2024. Students ages 3 to adults demonstrated new skills learned in front of an audience of family and friends, and many received new stripes and belts.

Resilient Jiu Jitsu is partnering with Main Street Marianna and the Marianna Police Department to offer a free Women’s Self Defense Seminar at Opening Day of the Marianna City Farmer’s Market on Saturday, April 1.
