FOR AGES 8 TO 12 YEARS
Our Resilient Kids program empowers kids ages 8-12 to experience physical, mental, and emotional growth through jiu jitsu training.
How we build resilience through jiu jitsu:
Self-Defense & Confidence – Jiu-Jitsu teaches kids practical, non-violent self-defense techniques, giving them the ability to protect themselves while building confidence in their abilities.
Fitness & Mental Endurance – Dynamic movements improve strength, coordination, and cardiovascular health, while problem-solving under pressure enhances focus, resilience, and perseverance.
Leadership & Discipline – Training in a structured environment fosters respect, teamwork, and accountability, helping kids develop leadership skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
Class Availability:
Monday/Wednesday/Friday:
5:30 p.m. - 6:20 p.m. — (Level 1)
Tuesday/Thursday/Friday:
5:30 p.m. - 6:20 p.m. — (Level 2)
Homeschool Morning Training
Tuesday/Thursday: 8:00 - 8:50 a.m. — (All Levels)
