Our Resilient TEENS program is designed for teens who want to stay physically active and improve their confidence and mental focus. Our program offers training specific to the unique needs of teenagers as they undergo rapid changes in their lives.

Nope! Our Resilient Teens program is focused on meeting the training needs of teenagers, whether your teen is a complete beginner or is looking for training for athletic development or competition. All students learn fundamental jiu jitsu before advancing, so your teen will build jiu jitsu expertise safely and effectively.

Yes! Jiu jitsu is motivating to teenagers for a variety of reasons. Some teens are motivated by competition, some from the community environment, and some for personal development. Training jiu jitsu is a practice of persevering through discomfort, which builds mental and physical endurance.
