Our Resilient BLACK program is for adult men and women who want an elite experience training Brazilian jiu jitsu to build physical and mental resilience.

ABOUT RESILIENT BLACK

  • Nope! Our Resilient Black program is great for beginners. However, if you have enjoyed team sports, jiu jitsu, or fitness training in the past, you will still benefit from the training as it promotes flexibility, cardio, and strength in addition to the skills and techniques you will learn.

  • Injury is a risk for any sport or physical activity, but we take every measure possible to reduce injury in our Resilient Black program. Our academy culture, training methodologies, and scalable curriculum based on skill level, all support our safe and professional jiu jitsu program.

  • Throughout your training journey with Resilient Black, you will learn not only the techniques and skills to become proficient in jiu jitsu, but also the mental and physical skill set that will support you living your optimal life.

    Specifically in your jiu jitsu experience, you will learn all aspects of the sport of jiu jitsu and technical skills in self defense.
