RESILIENT WOMEN

Our Resilient WOMEN program is for women who want a platform to learn self defense and practice an empowering sport like jiu jitsu in a positive and practical environment. Our women-only program is co-led by a female Brazilian jiu jitsu instructor.

FOR AGES 16+

How we build resilience through jiu jitsu:

  • Self Defense: Our “Self Defense First” methodology teaches jiu jitsu through the lens of being physically and mentally prepared to protect you and your family

  • Safe Training: Having training partners of a comparable size, strength, and experience level

  • Beginner-Friendly Environment: We remove barriers to begin creating a training environment specifically for women

ABOUT RESILIENT WOMEN

  • Nope! Our Resilient Women program is great for beginners. However, if you have enjoyed team sports, jiu jitsu, or fitness training in the past, you will still benefit from the training as it promotes flexibility, cardio, and strength in addition to the skills and techniques you will learn.

  • Injury is a risk for any sport or physical activity, but we take every measure possible to reduce injury in our Resilient Women program. Our academy culture, training methodologies, and scalable curriculum based on skill level, all support our safe and professional jiu jitsu program.

  • Throughout your training journey with Resilient Women, you will learn not only the techniques and skills to become proficient in jiu jitsu, but also the mental and physical skill set that will support you living your optimal life.

    Specifically in your jiu jitsu experience, you will learn all aspects of the sport of jiu jitsu and technical skills in self defense.
